🍵 Hot Recipe (Traditional Whisked)

• 1 tsp (about 2g) Samurai tea powder
• 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) hot water at 70–75°C (158–167°F)
• Sift tea into a matcha bowl.
• Add hot water and whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until a smooth froth forms.
• Enjoy immediately.

🍵 Iced Recipe (Cold Whisk)

• 1 tsp (about 2g) Samurai tea powder
• 3–4 oz (90–120 ml) cold water
• Sift tea into a bowl or shaker.
• Whisk or shake until fully dissolved and frothy.
• Pour over ice and enjoy.
